Affordable Senior Housing in Phoenix

At Christian Care Manors I & III, we provide HUD-subsidized independent living for seniors in a well-kept, peaceful surround.

We are conveniently located in the centre of north-central Phoenix, on the same campus as Christian Care Health Eye and Fellowship Foursquare Phoenix. Our gated community is located on the due west side of 19th Avenue, a few miles south of Cactus Road.

Our waitlist for Manors I & II Independent Living is currently three years.

Campus Civilities

Both Manors I and Three offering indoor and outdoor common areas where residents can spend time reading a book, working on puzzles, or merely enjoying the company of friends and family.

Services Provided at the Manors I & III:

Service Coordinator on staff

Resident-planned activities

Scheduled transportation

Emergency call arrangement

Utilities included (phone actress)

Chaplain services

Barber/beautician available

Pet-friendly (*Fees apply, one pet/unit only)

We partner with Symbria to provide a unique exercise and wellness program specifically designed for seniors, SeniorFITness™. This program is available to our residents at no extra cost. Group practise classes raise mobility and assistance seniors maintain their independence - while having fun at the same time!


Qualifying for HUD-Subsidized Contained Living

We currently take a waiting list for our Independent Living apartments. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist, please fill out the HUD Senior Housing application beneath. For your convenience, we take uploaded a printer-friendly version of the application parcel then you can easily impress or share!

Access Qualifications:

  1. The household's almanac income may not exceed the very low-income limits set by the U.S. Dept. of HUD for the present year. For 2022, the very low-income limits ready past HUD are $30,950 for a single person and $35,350 for a couple. (HUDUser.gov)
  2. The bidder agrees to pay the rent required by the subsidiary program under which the applicant will be admitted. (Residents typically pay 30% of their adjusted income for hire and utilities).
  3. The unit of measurement volition be the family's merely residence.
  4. Residents must be 62 years of age or older.
